Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus, your order may take longer than originally estimated at check out. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and scanned for pick-up with the designated carrier. Please continue to check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation for up to date shipping information. Some delivery partners are experiencing longer shipping times due to increased delivery volume but we are working closely with them to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Our shipping department is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with pick-up times at 3pm. Orders received before noon will go out the same day. Orders received after noon will go out the following business day.

If for some reason an item that you ordered is out of stock, we will try and contact you to see if you would like a similar item in its place or credit your method of payment. If we are unable to reach you we will credit your method of payment and send the rest of your order out.
